Order Processing:
Orders are typically fulfilled within 2–5 business days before shipping.

Shipping Times:

Standard Shipping:
• USA: 4–11 business days after fulfillment
• International: 6–20+ business days after fulfillment

Shipping times are estimates and begin after fulfillment is complete.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance processes for international orders.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order details.

Estimated delivery time = fulfillment time (2–5 business days) + shipping time.

Delays may occur due to customs, carrier issues, weather conditions, or high seasonal demand. These factors are outside of our control.

Once an order has been shipped, Worth Co. is not responsible for any delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages handled by the shipping carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, refunds or replacements will not be issued.
