RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At Worth Co., all products are made to order. Because of this, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances other than items that arrive damaged, defective, or materially incorrect.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Incorrect size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Personal preferences
- Dissatisfaction with fit or feel
- Minor color differences due to screen settings
- Any other reason not related to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error
DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at the following email address: worthco.shop@gmail.com
You must include:
- Your order number
- Clear photo evidence of the issue
- A description of the issue
If approved, we may, at our sole discretion, provide a replacement or issue a refund depending on the nature of the issue.
INCORRECT ITEMS
"Incorrect item" refers only to cases where a completely different product, design, or color was delivered compared to what was ordered.
This does not include:
- Size or fit issues
- Customer expectations
- Differences caused by sizing interpretation
- Minor variations that do not affect the overall product
SIZE DISCLAIMER
All size charts are provided as accurately as possible. Slight variations (±1–2 inches) may occur due to the manufacturing process and do not qualify as defects.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances once an order has been placed.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
If tracking shows that the package was delivered but you did not receive it, we recommend contacting your local carrier and checking with neighbors or your local post office.
While we will do our best to assist you, we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund in cases where the package is marked as delivered.
